Jennifer is a 2nd Generation Real Estate Agent and a lifelong Sheboygan County resident. Growing up in a Real Estate brokerage and new construction family has given her the knowledge, background, and drive to succeed in the Real Estate Industry. She grew up witnessing her father create long-lasting, trusting relationships with the community and decided early on that she wanted to do the same!
This year marks her 26th year as a licensed REALTOR®!
Jen earned her Real Estate License in 1997 and Real Estate Broker’s License in 2003. She is also the Vice President and New Home Consultant for Rautmann Custom Homes, Inc, a local new home builder since 1976, and her family’s company.
Jen’s commitment to her clients and industry partners is clear and continuous communication and she values honesty and loyalty above all else. She is a constant doer and works hard in every transaction to make it as seamless and stress-free as possible. She prides herself on her negotiation skills, always putting her client’s best interests first. Jen knows it’s an honor to have repeat clients and she has had many over the years! Those clients have become life-long friends, and they know and trust that she will always do an outstanding job when helping them buy or sell real estate.
In her free time, you can find Jen and her husband, Andy, cheering on their 4 kids at a variety of sporting events (they play hockey, soccer, and golf) or poolside relaxing with friends and family. She also enjoys traveling. Big Sky, Montana, Gulf Shores, Alabama, and Hawaii have been their favorite family trips to date!
She’s a graduate of Sheboygan Area Lutheran High School, a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, and a lifetime member of the Sheboygan Service Club.
