"We couldn't be happier having Matt and Nikki as our team! Matt came through our 1929 home and told us what HAD to be fixed, what could be fixed, and what to leave alone. We spent a few months getting things fixed and we called Matt back to get the house listed. It wasn't on the internet more than about 30 minutes before the showing requests started pouring in. The price point suggested was perfect and we had 43 showings in less than 72 hours, and had our accepted offer. It was a difficult closing with delays on both sides. Matt was awesome in guiding us through what was going on and keeping us updated on progress, or lack thereof. We closed a couple of days ago with a profit we are happy with. This is the only house we've ever owned and we were in it for 23 years. The whole home sale process was a first for us, but we got through it wonderfully.
